•	Supervise the development of handbag and accessory line from concept to sample stage to production, season to season
•	Head liaison between design and production teams and all levels of upper management to ensure profitability goals
•	Analyze initial product samples according to tech packs while improving colors and textures 
•	Manage and maintain design calendar and production schedule to ensure on time deliveries for all sample and production orders
•	Establish a network of key leather vendors and accessory manufacturers - domestic and international
•	Communicate with overseas factories and tanneries on a daily basis to meet product deadlines
•	Source international raw materials including leather and metal hardware 
•	Determine competitive wholesale and retail price points that maintain our target margin
•	Create all line plans and line-sheets to ensure price accuracy and product integrity
