• Designing complete collections of Bohemian lifestyle wovens, knits, swimwear & cover ups
• Implementing new silhouettes and fits & finer construction at a sharp price point
• Concept & direction for each delivery including silhouette, print development, color and fabrication
• Photo shoot concept and direction, plus execution, planning and styling
• Managing design team and established new vision to elevate product & reach new customer
• Working closely with founder, director & factory to create price point conscious product for optimal margin
• Designing 60 skus per month that serve the target customer needs, wants & requests
• Travel overseas to work direct with factory to source new fabrics, prints & trims as well as put
large volume of development through to expedite SMS samples
• Merchandising each collection into capsule groups
