-	Secure meetings with Marketing VPs, Directors and Regional Managers through phone calls and email campaigns
-	Demo the ABODO platform and mobile applications through teleconferences and in-person meetings (40% travel – Territory: Utah, Washington, Oregon, New Mexico, & Colorado) 
-	Current Net New Bookings YTD: 110% of quota 
-	2017 Net New Bookings: 119% of quota
-	Clients include three out of the top 10 largest multifamily companies in the United States, eight out of the top 50

Business Development Manager (Jan 2017 – Aug 2017):
-	Lead planning, strategy and channel development for retail business line (Hydro Innovations)
-	Oversaw: 64-brick & mortar retailers | 7-Wholesalers | 3-Distributors - $450K+ in annual sales
-	Develop buyer programs, sales incentives, and rebate programs 
-	Manage account relationships, contract negotiations, sales & pricing
-	Perform market research on competitive landscape & industry trends

Sales Representative (Oct 2016 – Jan 2017: 
-	OEM sales to commercial engineers, builders and entrepreneurs with new facility builds under 10,000 sq ft in cultivation space 
-	In-depth proposal development, presentation to key c-level stake holders
-	Managed territory that includes the US, Canada and Puerto Rico
-	Value added account management - cross-sales of Surna products to existing customer base
-	Expand HVAC & industry knowledge though web-based learning



Business Development Manager

(Milwaukee, WI - ARI is a leader in marketing services, websites, lead generation, SaaS and DaaS. ARI serves dealerships, OEMs & distributors in the powersports, automotive, outdoor power, RV & marine industries.) 

-	Identify strategic industry partnerships & new integration partners
-	Develop reseller programs designed to increase product awareness, increase market penetration and drive new revenue
-	Responsibilities include: program planning, product development, sales coaching, marketing (scheduling, content creation, creativity) and program execution.

Highlights: Contracted over $240K+ in annual revenue | 2x subscriber base | Secured long term contract commitment with expansion to include full product suite


Business Development (Program Manager) - Reseller Agreements

-	Managed 15 state territory and 3 international territories
-	Prospected through tradeshow attendance, cold-calling (25+dials per day/ 10+ meetings per week), outside sales, online meetings and strategic email campaigns
-	Full stack sales from initial contact to implementation
-	Team Lead responsibilities: interviewing new candidates, sales training and product development (AccessorySmart)
