Tour Guide

Deliver an amazing guest experience through setting and maintaining compelling and stylish merchandise brand presentations in Visual Impact Areas with a specific focus in Home and Apparel.
Maintain and remerchandise Home and Apparel using specific guidelines, tools and process direction from HQ, including filling out of stocks and remerchandising product in empty spaces for specific areas as defined by HQ.
Set product that appeals to the guest and aligns with Target’s growth strategies.
Remerchandise consistently in response to sales patterns.
Support the transitions, sales plans, and Limited Time Only promotions: follow pre-transition merchandising guidelines and work closely with price accuracy, presentation, and sales floor teams to complete sets on time
.


Set sales driving displays storewide for apparel departments
Replenish product as needed
Maintain stock rooms storewide ensuring that proper safety procedures are followed and all inventory is accurately represented in digital inventory tracker
Ensure all product is properly signed and price points are up to date
Ensure that new receipts of product are on the sales floor within 24 hours.
With other leads, assume managerial role storewide and keep day to day operations running smoothly
