Excellent communication both verbal, and written, proficient at typing forms, and work related documents, type 51 WPM, excel in data entry, comfortable around computers, and office equipment. Possess knowledge of industry standard computer software to include Microsoft Office suite. Knowledge of the legal system, and comfortable speaking legal jargon.

Duties are but not limited to include supervision of 15 therapist/case managers, along with giving direction to admission, and support staff, approving which clients enter the treatment center, and sober living environment in order to participate in the program. Provide basic manager duties such as; time card errors, documentation errors, vacation requests, hiring, disciplinary write ups, etc. Provide the therapist clinical supervision with clients such as; behavioral interventions, dealing with a relapse, contact family members, or the legal system. Part of my duties include being the legal liaison. Writing admission letters to the courts, probation, parole, progress letters to the courts, probation, parole, discharge letters to the courts probation, parole, and dealing directly with the State Probation STOP program, along with attempting to squash warrants, getting permission for clients to remain in California to complete treatment, and/or representing the company in court.
