Dear Hiring Manager,

I hope that you are enjoying your week. My name is Mary Earls, and I am a graduate of Oral Roberts University in Tulsa, Ok. It would be an honor to utilize my skills for the benefit of Tavik. I would love a chance to interview for a position.
I am a current Sales Intake Coordinator for Beachside Recovery Center LLC. This position has taught me the value of customer relations. Throughout my career I was always taught about the significance in closing a sale. This job has taught me more. Because of this position, I now not only value the productivity in closing a sale, but I value the entire process of the sale. I can now enjoy the development of a genuine relationship with the customer that will more likely drive the sale further than just simple marketing techniques.

My biggest progression within my careers goals happened at Signals United. Signals United taught me the importance of communication, leadership, self-motivation, work ethic, organization, time management, and the management of others. Within the first week at this company, I was announced top 5 in the country for B2B sales. This lasted for 4 months. I was than promoted to the executive assistant, where I not only managed specific campaigns for our top clients, but I also took on the role as the #1 recruiter in the country for the consistent 5 months that I stayed in that position. This position was truly the preparation and start that I needed to seek out the career goal that I can visualize today.

After my college graduation in December 2013, I had the opportunity to move to Orange County to become a communications intern with The A21 Campaign, an anti human-trafficking organization. In this internship, I learned the value of consistent correspondence to potential donors, as well the ability to organize awareness events and formulate new campaigns. In the fall of 2013, I was awarded the Special Events intern at the BOK Center with SMG Tulsa. This position focused on event coordination grassroots, social media, internal marketing, and miscellaneous projects as assigned. As the Special Events intern, I had the opportunity to maintain the special events website, assist event advertising, distribute PSA’s to the media, and coordinate appointments and detailed elements according to the events. I was able to work backstage of various concerts to help assist in any given tasks during the performance. These events included Justin Timberlake, Keith Urban, and Luke Bryan.

Not only is my background an indication that I am eligible for a position, but my personality is a factor as well. My personality is very outgoing and approachable. No matter the place or time, I find that communication indicates who I am. It would be an honor to utilize my skills to help benefit Tavik. I look forward to hearing from you.
