Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for the day to day warehouse operations; which  include but were not limited to the following: Shipping and receiving, unloading trucks, checking in merchandise, matching purchase orders to sales orders and distributing to sales associates for processing. Reading customer orders/invoices, work orders, shipping orders, or requisitions to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed and/or shipped. Moving materials and items from receiving or storage areas to shipping or to other designated areas. Sorting and placing of materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color, or product code. Filling requisitions, work orders, or requests for materials, tools, or other stock. Maintained safety records, weekly safety audits, responsible for employee safety training and development.  Hiring and firing. Employee training and development, employee reviews and compensation

Warehouse Manager/ Operations Supervisor

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Writing and implementing policies and procedures for the Stock and wave pull, allocations, Pick modules, Tilt Tray, Restock, departments.  Responsible for implementing and developing continuous improvement programs for all departments in order to ensure maximum efficiency of distribution operations.  Monitoring all Inventory, replenishment and stocking levels. Releasing and prioritizing the daily work load onto the floor, Handing out work Zones (Wave Zone Pulling) responsible for all Stock Pickers & forklift operators.  Developed and established standards and KPI for all departments though data mining.  Building and heading the Safety committee. Responsible for all apparel & footwear which includes Roxy, Quiksilver and DC shoes.

Stock/Wave Pull/Tilt Tray/Restock/ Manager

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Writing and implementing policies and procedures for the warehouse. Forecasting parts requirements using MRP, Yearly/monthly demand planning, purchasing, import and export  of parts and product, review BOM’s and create new product release parts requirement, maintained domestic/global warehouses and service van inventories (while reducing on hand inventory dollar value and maximizing inventory turns), performed daily cycle counts, auditing freight invoices, responsible for freight carrier selection and contract negotiation, creating and maintaining parts price list, review and release RMA’s core charges. Generate customers, shipment warranty and shipment reports. RMA’s and RTV’s Responsible for the hiring, evaluation and yearly review of personnel. TQM, CI, safety training and performance of all warehouse personnel. Reduced yearly department spending. Knowledgeable of UPS, Fed Ex, DHL, LTL, LCL, FCL. Import, Export, HTS #’s and regulations

Warehouse Manager

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:  Opening and closing the building, setting the daily work schedule for the warehouse personnel: picking, packing, quality control, customer service, batch processing, audit all incoming freight shipments, and outgoing orders, maintained proper inventory counts, performed inventory cycle counts, prepared bill of lading and all priority customer orders, show orders, and convention orders for the West Coast, checked and credited all returns and damages RMA’s, maintained log books and created shipping reports

Warehouse Supervisor

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Maintained automated inventory system, audit all incoming and outgoing orders, prepared bill of lading.  Manage all priority orders, customer service, data processing, order pulling and packing.  Responsible for the daily operations of the warehouse.  

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Maintained and operated an aid station.  Provided and gave medical treatment to soldiers and their units out in the field.  Taught combat lifesavers courses, CPR, first aide and EFMB (Expert Field Medical Badge which trains and evaluates medical personnel on their medical and survival skills during a simulated time of war crisis).   Graded and evaluated medics, nurses and doctors as a part of the EFMB team. Worked in the ER and the Troop Medical Clinic.  Evaluated and graded companies as a part of the battalion grading team, which included: the SGT Major and Staff SGT’s.  All of the above required me to be an excellent communicator, trainer, motivator, and a leader with the ability to relate to different levels of authority
