HR Generalist

I have over 16 years of progressive HR experience, first working for a business software company, and currently working as an HR Generalist for a spinal device company. My experience encompasses employee relations, performance management, investigations, and organizational, among others. I am a detail-oriented person and am looking to work for an organization that is fun and exciting and aligned with my interests.

Provide full-cycle human resources support to my internal client groups (IT and Corporate Functions). This includes responsibility for policy and procedural implementation, as well as the day-to-day administration of HR processes within my client groups. A key component of my position is to partner with leadership to provide counsel on a variety of topics, ensuring consistent application of HR practices and alignment with departmental and company objectives, where appropriate. Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues; conduct effective, thorough and objective investigations.
