An energetic and creative professional with proven marketing and sales skills and a drive to learn more. 3+ years of experience working as a social media and marketing director for a non-profit in the outdoor industry. •	Operated as acting store manager during weekday shifts. Motivated employees to create a welcoming environment for our customers.
•	Managed the store inventory and display case. Created inviting and attractive merchandise displays on a weekly basis.
•	Participated in and won multiple sales contests. The only store employee to win two outstanding customer service awards.
•	Trained incoming employees in all areas of the store including POS systems and customer service.
