Project Administration - provide support for the Project Managers, maintain project files, 
drawings, and permits. 
Set up and maintain project information in the database (i.e. RFI's, submittals, transmittals, 
Monitor job cost reports for inconsistencies (i.e., mischarges, over/under billings, etc.) and 
communicate questionable items to Project team members. 
Assists with ensuring that project operations and deliverables are in compliance with design 
specifications and standards, and with University, state and federal policies and regulations 
Researches and prepares various reports pertaining to operations, equipment, policies, 
procedures, space and property data, growth projections, and/or other issues, as 
appropriate. 
Create, update and maintain department Project Manual. 
Create, update and maintain University Standards and Specifications.  
Assist with working through Punch Lists and overseeing commissioning.

Provide a variety of administrative support duties for Area Managers, Project Directors, Project Managers and multiple departments.
