Managed and oversaw development and production for an average of 400 orders simultaneously by coordinating communication between sales reps, buyers and vendors worldwide. 
- Knowledge in Developmental Techpacks, Season Inspirational Boards, Fabric, Art Techniques, Testing, etc.
- Managed 30+ Accounts and met sales goals by 120% collectively.
- Followed up with both domestic product developers, vendors, and overseas vendors on a daily basis.

Analysed sales trends to maximize sales potential, diversified product selections, worked closely with managers to plan buys and develop promotions to move existing stock. 
- Reviewed industry trends on a weekly basis and reviewed samples on a daily basis.
- Worked closely with upper management and domestic vendors to review pricing and QC.
- Followed closely with domestic vendors to ensure all deadlines were being met and make sure we were receiving all proto, PPS, and TOP samples on time.



Production Coordinator

Worked closely with design, buying, and production team to interpret and forecast trends for assigned areas along with negotiating costs to meet target costs and margins.
- Aside from being a product developer, I was also the Fitting Model for the brand and learned the basis of apparel fitting, garment structures, and fabric knowledge.
- Teamed with upper management to set up new accounts and manage both the development and production aspect of both brands.
- Set up and went into weekly meetings to review industry trends and ways we can grow in the industry.

Interned for Spring 13 and sourced design elements, worked with one of the founders on business administration, and assisted with studio organization.
