Born and raised in southern California, I have a passion for the outdoors and action sports primarily snowboarding and surfing.

I am an outgoing and energetic team player with a hard-working and driven nature.

I offer 11 diverse years of experience in retail sales and customer service, as a store Manager dedicated to assuring that store operations run smoothly. With an education background at FIDM/Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising, I bring experience in marketing and merchandising and have evolved my list of skills. I am organized and effective at encouraging staff cooperation and productivity.

I am proficient in communication and written skills, and have a background in merchandise strategies. I’m able to plan trend and competitive target focus, formulate an open-to-buy and six month plan, and well trained in all Microsoft programs. I hope to find a career in retail in buying.

Supervise staff of 10-20 employees per shift, at high-volume flagship store
Work in conjunction with co-managers to maintain outstanding customer store experience
Handle hiring, scheduling, and training of new staff
Address loss prevention issues immediately
Provide accurate knowledge of products
 Coordinate daily cash flow in accordance with Retail Pro POS guidelines
Serve multiple customer, discovered their needs and made recommendations to generate sales
Maintain inventory control and processed daily shipments
