My background started off in the transportation industry working with electric Light Rail Vehicles (LRV's) in the City Of Phoenix. I was able to learn many engineering aspects of high voltage systems as well as electrical and mechanical skills troubleshooting sub-systems in the trains. A year after I was giving the opportunity to join one of the most innovative companies in the transportation industry and until this day as my current job working with Tesla Motors. I started in the Powertrain team where I worked with manufacturing, sustaining, new product introduction (NPI), Design, software and hardware engineers from all levels. I took ownership of the quality aspect of NEMA 14-50 adapters, battery modules, motor inverters, and testing for durability and realibility of our current vehicle motors.
