Greetings! My name is Larissa Bortz and I am a hard-working, dedicated, and dynamic marketing professional with over 3 years of experience in the digital marketing and advertising space. As an avid skier, biker, backpacker, and yogi, I am looking to bring my marketing skills into the world of the great outdoors. 

AvantLink is a premier affiliate marketing, multi-channel analytics, referral tracking and technology platform for leading online retailers and publishers. As a program manager, I am responsible for managing and developing programs for companies in the outdoor industry. Using our real-time data platform and multi-channel analytics service AvantMetrics, I also analyze data through shared and modified attribution to determine growth strategies.

As Senior Marketing Strategist, I handled enterprise-level client marketing strategy and execution. In addition, I was responsible for researching and proposing new technologies, platforms, and ideas for the marketing team, as well as general education and training of new team members.

As a Marketing Specialist, I was responsible for completing extensive market research to inform long-term strategic marketing plans and budgets for 10-15 individual clients. In addition to recommending a variety of marketing initiatives such as email marketing, display advertising, social media marketing, mobile solutions, content & strategy development, and eCommerce and analytics initiatives, I would then implement, manage, analyze and report on each of these strategies to help ensure long-term sustained growth for each client.

MyWebGrocer offers online Ecommerce, marketing, mobile apps and data platform services for grocery chains and consumer packaged goods companies. As part of the Digital Marketing Services team, my main responsibilities include campaign management, trafficking, optimization, and reporting, as well as understanding metrics and providing online recommendations and marketing solutions to clients regarding campaign performance.
