Monster Energy Brand Ambassador

The purpose of this role is to target new markets and generate excitement for
Monster Energy products and their affiliates. The duties include travel to
events sponsored by Monster and the setup, operations, and break down of
activations. Other duties include tracking consumer feedback and product
trends in various markets, product stocking, and building the company's
guerrilla marketing effort.


Major duties included staffing coaches for appropriate size of camp and the
supervision of campers and employees. As the Division Leader I formatted the
curriculum for appropriate skill levels and abilities of weekly campers as well as
the layout of division locations for all 12 location sites. As the Director of 
Aftercare I acted as liaison between camp and location managers/city
employees for overall operation of all 12 sites. This role also acted as a main
contact point for parents and included proactive delivery of conflict resolution
and excellent customer service.

This short contract role included the production and preservation of new
client relationships as well as acting liaison between event and sales
department for scheduling and operation of ballpark visits and before game
special experiences. I received training and experience using complex CRM software and other sales tracking programs. In conjunction with providing exceptional customer service to new and existing clients I was also able to set, track, and exceed sales goals.
