Work Experience:

2016- Present: Administrative Coordinator and Scoring Lead for National Hare and Hound/Western Hare Scrambles race organization. I ensure contact is made within our sponsors, promoting clubs, riders and NHHA/WHS board members, complete pre race setup through Mototally scoring systems and as well as coordinating staffing, budgeting, supplying, and running pre entry, sign ups and official AMA approved scoring.

2013-present: Concierge and Experience Planner for Omni La Costa Resort and Spa in Carlsbad Ca. Concierge means “keeper of the keys” and is usually the point of contact for the hotel entirely; we create relationships with local business and VIP’s. Skills required for this position is excellent time management and problem solving skills along with an amicable personality for when dealing with our guests. In my position I have to work a-lot with people over the phone, in person and via email; working with various computer applications such as Excel, Microsoft Office Software, Outlook, OPMS, Resort Suites, Springer Miller, Trumba, and many more as we would spend a majority of our time behind the computers and phones assisting the guests the best we can as a team.

2013-2015:Assistant at People's property management where I handled the contact between agent and potential renters and buyers,

2012-2013: Ignite Bistro and wine Spot in Carlsbad.1 I worked as a Hostess, Busser, and Food Runner. My main job was to greet customers, answer the phone and tend to any loose duties the FOH staff could not get to or needed help with.

2012-2013: Things Remembered in the Carlsbad mall. I worked in productions in charge of engraving items sales where I was in charge of helping the customer pick out items and customize them for that special date/occasion.

2012: Charlotte Russe in Carlsbad Ca. I was a sales associate here where I obtained cashier skills as well as people and customer relation skills.

2011-2012: I worked at the Riverside motocross track where I was in charge
of checking wrist bands and in charge of flagging all races.
I also performed other duties at the race track as needed such as the
Tracks spokeswoman and assistant EMT.

2010-2011: I was the road manager for a professional motocross team.
I was in charge of all the travel bookings, race set-up, gear purchases,
and all aspects that cover a professional motocross race season.
This position required coast-to-coast road travel for several
months at a time.

2009: I worked as a nanny for the summer providing child care,
as well as household duties.
