Helped open three pop-up shops in Denver, Colorado for SmartWool and managed the Larimer Square location.

Run the day to day operations of the Smartwool Larimer store which includes staffing, scheduling, buying, remerchandising, managing the store inventory, and making sure we are hitting out daily, monthly, and quarterly sales goals.

Have an in-depth knowledge of wool and what other industry brands are doing in the wool and baselayer market in order to properly educate our customers on the benefits of wool products.

Plan events, marketing pushes, and sell customers on not only the benefits of wool, but Smartwool products in order to meet our monthly and quarterly sales goals.


Store Manager

.Educate customers on proper stand-up paddleboarding techniques, give skill tutorials, be knowledgeable about SUP brands and different board models in order to sell products, and provide superior customer service to help the company and SUP sport grow.

Answer phone calls and respond to any issues customers may have with scheduling and the website as well as answer general questions about the company and sport of SUP.


Rental & Retail Staff

Educate customers on the Newton Running brand, the technology involved, and how to run efficiently by providing the customer with exemplary service that is both knowledgeable and informative. 
 
Place accessory orders, merchandise, restock, keep the inventory up-to-date, and make shoe orders in order to keep the sales floor fully stocked, interesting, and lucrative.

Utilize social media platforms -- Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and Pinterest -- to keep customers up-to-date with all things new at the store as well as to promote special events and the Newton Running brand.


Store Manager/Social Media Coordinator/Buyer

Utilize Fleet Feet’s Fitlosophy™ to properly determine the most suitable running, walking, gym going, or everyday shoes for customers by measuring, analyzing gait, and discussing running habits and history with the customer as well as offer training, recovery, injury prevention, nutrition, apparel, and accessory advice to optimize a customer’s shoe buying experience.

Be knowledgeable about all the latest technology and updates of the shoes, keep up with all the latest trends in the running world, and be able to have informative talks with customers when they ask about what shoes they should wear, how a shoe should feel, and why companies changed up their product line.

Merchandise, restock, keep inventory up-to-date, and make apparel and accessory suggestions to keep the sales floor fully stocked, interesting, and lucrative as well as help plan events in and out of the store to attract new customers to the store.


Fit Specialsit/Training Group Coach

Have an in-depth knowledge of all things running including footwear, apparel, accessories, and nutrition as well as perform a fit process and gait analysis in order to provide a well-rounded and informative customer experience.

Attend race expos, help with demo runs, and work spike nights to help further promote our company to the running community and provide out of store customer service to help reach out to the running community in the Greater Cleveland area.


Sales Associate

Provide a safe and healthy environment for residents to utilize by not only guarding the pool, but also by planning and running bi-weekly in-services for the lifeguards in order for them to keep up on their skills and practice pool emergency scenarios, teach swim lessons to the community, settle disputes between any staff members and/or pool patrons, manage the schedule for all of the guards in order to have sufficient pool coverage, and respond to any and all pool emergencies.

Keep daily logs for everything that happens at the pool including general pool reports, incident reports, pool chemical readings, and maintenance reports as well as complete daily deposits for any monetary transactions and end of day shift reports for the City of Euclid Recreation Department.

Design, run, and coach the Ready Set Swim program—a program designed to help weaker swimmers get ready to join our city’s competitive swim team— by creating lesson plans and workouts for the swimmers.

Pool Manager/WSI/LGI/Swim Coach/Lifeguard

Hire new lifeguards and other Rec Center staff members, run monthly lifeguard staff in-services as well as run the department’s Audit Team to test the emergency response and skills of all Rec Center members, create work schedule for lifeguards, provide any pool and pump room maintenance at any time, train new lifeguards on AU protocol, and report to the Aquatic Director with any concerns in order to keep the pool and Rec Center safe.

Teach lifeguarding, CPR, and First Aid classes as well as fill-in as a Facility Manager when needed which meant being knowledgeable about every area of the Rec Center and helping out all staff members and Rec Center members as needed.

Created cardio and circuit workouts for the men’s Club Rugby team in order to help them build their endurance while out on the field, and created strength and circuit workouts for the women’s Club Softball and Club Basketball team to help them gain strength and speed for their respective sports.
