Program Specialist/ Subject Matter Expert

Currently managing Copay Assistance and insurance coordination programs for patients and providers. This includes communicating daily with contacts needing benefit verifications or assistance with enrollments and reimbursements and proactively assisting with authorizations and recertificatuions. On the back end I'm assisting management with client reports and communications, training agents in new and constantly developing procedures, and coming up with new ideas on how we may improve efficiency and consistency. We go by the motto that "the only thing constant is change," and I strive to make sure I'm ahead of the curve by keeping the lines of communication with my peers open and staying involved in the development of our people and our programs.
