During my time at Sportbiketrackgear.com I focused primarily on building a strong fundamental marketing structure for a medium sized online retailer. The majority of my work was based around planning and implementing new customer service practice in addition to general customer acquisition.

Grand Valley State University FHC was my first experience in a basic management role and functioned to teach me the fundamentals of time management as well as the importance of clear and consistent communication.
