After spending the past year and a half working with a Forbes rated “Fastest Growing Company” I am eager to apply and further advance my professional skills and experience in an industry that I am passionate for. 

In that time I have learned to excel in a fast paced and high volume environment, where I gained a successful track record for my strong work ethic, attention to detail, organization, ability to lead others and effective communication skills which helped grow our office’s revenue by 48%  and achieve company-wide records.  

I have over 6 years of experience in a variety of customer service positions, giving me a very well-rounded background and allowing for the development of exceptional interpersonal skills and a natural sense of how to make customers feel comfortable and welcome.  

My varied experience shows my ability to adapt and a firmly established skill set that translates well into any career path.  These are all skills I can bring to the table in order to make a significant contribution in my next professional endeavor. 


•	Successfully managed and facilitated operation of client accounts billing upwards of $8 million annually in collaboration with General Manager and Assistant General Manager 
•	Utilized and further developed exceptional communication skills across varying populations to assist with an average of 85 calls per day in a fast paced and high volume work environment
•	Marketed our services to over 270 potential clients over the phone, with a career average referral to consultation conversion rate of 63%
•	Sold our services to families directly through in home consultations; evaluated client needs and set up care by matching one of our healthcare providers that best fit their care plan 
•	Personally managed as many as 76 client accounts at one time, which contributed to a 48% increase in office revenue from February 2015 and achieving a companywide record across 13 branch offices of billing $324K, highest revenue in a billing period
