Deploy and monitor all digital marketing initiatives, including email blasts, Google AdWords / PPC campaigns, and social media
(both paid and organic) on Facebook and Instagram; adjust creative, copy, and budgets accordingly.
Optimize customer paths and manage the dealership's growing customer database; leverage customer base for email and social
media marketing; add and parse data as necessary.
Plan, organize, and execute all dealership-hosted and dealer-sponsored events, including Bike Nights, luaus, book wrestling
matches, holiday events, Pridefest, bike washes, and club meetings; manage food and entertainment vendors, and event staff.
Monitor all reputation management properties, including Yelp!, Google My Business, and Facebook; engage with customers and effectively resolve conflicts and customer issues offline.
Conduct all dealership's digital merchandising; take, edit, and upload photos of pre-owned inventory and write compelling,
accurate product descriptions.
Explore and assess all opportunities to leverage / maximize store branding to solidify the dealership's premier marketplace
position; lead ambitious initiative to completely re-brand the motorcycle dealership on all physical and digital properties.
