I Contribute to REI’s success by planning, analyzing and implementing Retail projects and program improvements enhance the customer experience and grow the Retail business. Work cross divisionally with Retail Ops and Retail stores to plan and execute training programs. Coordinate travel plans for trainers and attendees for events. 

Lead the charge on REI’s RunFit training campaign, planning event spaces and travel coordinations for 22 events across the country for the entire Co-Op. Assisted in planning MasterFit Ski and Snowboard Boot Fit training for 9 events across the Co-Op. Provided all Retail Communications and day of event support around travel and event specifics for all events.

I am the Sales Lead for the actions sports department of the REI Roseville store. My responsibilities include but not limited to:

- Driving sales through all channels by improving selling behaviors. 
- Deliver inspirational experiences for our members and customers through effective promotion of outdoor programs and outreach. 
- Train and mentor new staff, provides direction to peers as necessary, coordinates service delivery, and task execution. 
- Support Retail Sales Managers through department communication of goals, daily expectations, task assignments, and feedback.

Sales Lead - Action Sports

- Consistently delivers prompt, professional, friendly and courteous service in person and on the phone
- Unload and distribute merchandise from replenishment shipments
- Organizes and maintains store & warehouse to create a safe environment
- Provides maintenance service to all areas of the store
- Ensure all store systems are functional & maintained in accordance to REI precesses 


Operations Specialist

Part of the IT Help Desk team that provides IT technical support for the Facebook Campus in Menlo Park, CA. 
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Advanced support of Mac OS and Windows OS at the Service Desks at Facebook
- User facing support of mobile devices on iOS and Android
- Troubleshooting of network connectivity issues including digital authentication, remote access, secure - Wi-Fi and wired connectivity to the internal network
- Excellent task management, verbal & written communication skills combined with relentless follow-up

- New IT equipment setup and deployment
- New hire on boarding IT support

- Present an exceptional customer store experience by driving brand standards and maintaining brand integrity in all areas of Visual Merchandising
- Build and develop a highly talented Visual Merchandising team and a customer focused culture
- Work closely with corporate retail support to develop instruction guidelines for window display creation and provide feedback
- Monitor and drive sales performance daily, identify trends in sales and suggest opportunities to upper management to drive sales results
- Collaborate with visual team to implement seasonal displays in accordance with visual merchandising standards

Visual Specialist

- In coordination with production teams, support Apple Retail’s ?Watch window display campaign in 200+ locations world wide
- Develop production methods and store design to make informed decisions related to display rollout into the field
- Partner with the Global Field Visual Merchandising and Preservation teams to ensure store rollout is successful
- Support retail stores with proper communication tools, ensure maintenance and updates are communicated to retail stores in a timely matter
- Edit and maintain the retail marketing store database
- Collaborate with retail store teams to understand feedback regarding visual merchandising standards and communicate across the merchandising teams accordingly
