•	Fabricated, painted and assembled state of the art antennas for commercial, government, and defense applications such as Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAV), Electronic Warfare, telemetry, radar, threat emitter/simulator and Flight termination.
•	Repaired damaged fiberglass and set up mold preparation for laying fiberglass and applications.
•	Prepped molds with releasing agent, primer, mask molds with tape and paper or drop cloth.
•	Correct blemishes and fill in pin holes/cracks with putty filler prior to painting.
•	Assumed lead painter position from the master painter during his extended absence.
•	Performs quality inspections on parts, checking tolerances and torque specs.
•	Reported malfunctions to supervisor as well as performed minor equipment maintenance when necessary.
•	Monitored and advised new assembly workers on protocol and safety guidelines.
•	Machined parts to schematic specifications, utilizing lathe, drill press, grinding wheel / belt, milling machines and measuring tools.
•	Set up, adjust, or operate basic and specialized machine tools for precision machining operations.
•	Routinely checked machine pieces and tools, ensuring they are lubricated, and properly stored and cleaned from any debris.
•	Read and interpret schematics and diagrams to ensure quality production.
