Creative Branding

<p>I am a Creative Leader focused on serving others and building relationships. Connecting brands to solutions across multiple phases: startup, scale, and growth are central to my work. As a lead, my roles range from guiding interdisciplinary teams, art and creative direction, brand design, content creation, and strategic partnerships. My work has been featured in national ad campaigns and winner of the North American Cosmoprof Brand Trendsetter of the Year Award two years in a row.</p>

Offer creative solutions for clients in multiple phases of business development relating to specific goals and objectives. Assessing market fit, scalability, and providing a creative roadmap to effective storytelling through brand strategy on multiple platforms. Illustrate themes and creative direction by applying design principals with processes geared to increase market share and brand recognition. Design, launch apparel brand collections, create brand experiences for retail including boutiques, and POP-UP shops.

Disrupted the marketplace with highly effective brand development and retail launch strategy for a line of men’s hair and skin care products, using innovative design work to promote a consistent message across multiple platforms. Articulated brand strategy, an early-stage startup, strategic partnerships, experience influencing through relationships, venture capital, private equity, and/or angel investing. I have experience in roles ranging from founder/owner of a start-up brand, Chief Creative Officer, operations (sourcing and developing product), production/manufacturing, fulfillment, P&L, negotiation, sales, and lead generation. Created brand presentations to persuade potential investors and marketing collateral for retail partners including a coveted retail partnership with Target. 
Key Achievements:
Initiated new accounts and increased sales through award-winning product and brand design.


Chief Creative Officer

Championed the basketball design team that created and forwarded several footwear models that revamped the AND1 brand and opened new market opportunities. Produced new design themes and graphics for shoes and apparel that appealed to core audience and broadened interest of younger generations unfamiliar with the original brand. 
Key Achievements:
Increased sales from 10M (EOY) in 2010 to over 50M (EOY) in 2012.


Lead Designer  

Offered new design products and themes for direct to consumer apparel lines geared to increase their market share and brand recognition. Partnered with client design teams on scope and direction of brands, sought regular feedback during development processes, and launched brands in time for sales and / or professional sporting seasons.
Key Achievements:
Met launch challenge involving NBA player Anthony Parker to design a shoe in time for the upcoming season, which in turn encouraged additional investments into the brand.


Design, Consultant

Designed Skate/lifestyle technical footwear, Spec materials, adjust CADs, and sync design/development schedule from concept to production. 
Worked with the following brands for mutual brand collaboration: Ray-Ban, Diamond Supply Company, and professional skaters.
Key Accomplishment
• One of the shoes I designed did very well in the European market and was reintroduced the following year. The product line was expanded to new colorways and materialization.
