Planned and oversaw elite ski and snowboard competition events in US (World Championships, World Cups, Grand Prix and National Championships). Managed proposal writing, contract negotiation, budgets, technical staff, compliance with international sport regulations, organizing committee and volunteer management, sponsor fulfillment, marketing, public relations, promotions and accountability to Boards of Directors & Trustees and International Ski Federation.
• Increased annual revenue by $10M+ by supporting launch of new for-profit event division that organized approximately 40 ski and snowboard events annually.
