I am a very hardworking and passionate individual who is constantly seeking new opportunities and ways to grow. I grew up in Salt Lake completely immersed in the outdoor industry. I have an analytical mindset yet thrive on my creativity and ability to think outside the box. I jump on the ability to bite off more than I can chew because it's always better to choke on greatness than nibble on mediocracy.


•	Manage all hardgoods product display pages for Backcountry through categories, internal search and promotions
•	Liaison between Merchandising, Marketing, and Creative teams for accurate product placement through all promotional content. 
•	Send weekly traffic reports to teams adjusting highlighting areas of focus while responding to current merch and company needs adjusting ranking of sale product, new product, seasonal items, niche brands, promo items etc...
•	Initiated a proper cadence and tracking method for product curation across our retail sites with a dynamic seasonal shift
•	Serve as Merchandising representative on all Taxonomy changes and additions working with SEO and product teams to ensure proper industry alignment and consistency
•	YTD organized and build 87 campaign collections across Backcountry
•	Manage all Paid Vendor Marketing campaigns from concept to execution


Sr. Visual Merchandiser

•	Manage product display pages for Backcountry                               
•	Optimize product sort order and display based on key metrics
•	Analyze search queries and categorical site traffic and ensure accurate product listings
•	Liaison between merchandising and marketing teams to feature new fresh product display on key categories
•	Work with planning and buying teams on product curation based on current trends and sales


Visual Merchandising Coordinator

•	Create a positive and efficient experience for our customers                                                
•	Connecting customers with their passions through my constant growing knowledge of the Outdoor and Lifestyle gear we sell
•	Experience with both sale and service 


Customer Solutions (Gearhead)

•	Engaged with clients while onsite to ensure all expectations were met                                                      
•	Strategic branding, event marketing and logistics
•	Both large and small scale event builds, load out and travel
•	Worked with clients such as The North Face, Redbull, Subaru, Sierra Nevada, Burton and many more
•	Responsible for activation of Subaru Master the Mountain across the Western U.S.
