I am currently seeking a new position as a project manager in Southern California.  I received my Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Massachusetts-Lowell.  This degree, along with my internships and relevant experience, has afforded me to develop a variety of skills and knowledge pertaining to the vast field of Civil Engineering, Land Development and various areas of construction. I have also passed my Fundamentals of Engineering exam and have my E.I.T. certification.


•	I am the founder of Edlee, which is an apparel company that specializes in bamboo and wooden polarized sunglasses. Successfully sold my share in the company in June 2016
•	Created a Kickstarter that successfully raised 50K in five weeks, developed the campaign from scratch and marketed to create a strong SEO and conversion rate to sales.
•	Established a strong relationship with manufacturers in China and helped with design process of creating a well manufactured product. 
					


•	Responsible for redesigning and implementing a new surf theme restaurant that would be attractive to visitors and locals alike.
•	Handled design details and oversaw the complete project.
•	Prepared promotional flyers and designs for the website as well as the menu.
•	Responsible for cash in-take at the beginning and end of each day and organization of cash flow. Preparing reports directly for the accountant.
•	Responsible for inventory and scheduling for the restaurant.


General Manager

•	Oversaw multiple construction projects in various locations throughout New England.
•	Daily responsibilities included; management of contracts and proposals , executing operational aspects of projects and scope, minimizing exposure to risk on site, and seeking resources necessary for job completion.
•	Prepared estimates, proposals, project schedules, purchase orders, and sub-contracts.
•	Implemented CADD drawings to obtain permits as well as project scheduling software that created more efficiently run projects.
•	Maintained relationships with clients to ensure client satisfaction and to make sure any design change orders were processed correctly.
