- Instrumental in the inauguration of the revolutionary Hyperweave Innovative boardshort and the first Hurley Pro base layer (compression for water) and Nike Free Phantom Sandal
- Efficaciously increased GPM by 400 basis points, through driving home key initiatives – a concerted effort with design, development, production, and planning teams.
- Increased revenue by 10% and brand awareness for the company through to the successful launch of a popular USA Olympic- branded collection.


Global Product Director

Played a key role in the branding, promotion, and publicizing of the company’s products.

Collaborated with the Retail, License, Marketing, E-commerce, Product, Planning, and Sales Teams in order to attain the desired revenue results and maintain the company’s brand image across the globe by providing an exciting customer experience. Closely monitored the ebb and flow of market trends and consumer insights in order to efficiently meet customer demands with the company’s products. Directed the global seasonal design and development process and calendar.

Selected Contributions:
- Strategized and ultimately effectively attained 100% of directed store assortment with the leading wholesale partner: Dicks Sporting Goods.
- Pioneered the highly successful Phantom Sandal with Nike Free technology, which garnered $10m in annual sales.
- Propelled the major innovative Phantom franchise across both boardshorts and walkshorts, therefore raking in annual sales of $70m.
- Strategically increased ASP by 20% for walkshorts due to the successful launch of the innovative Drifit Chino walkshort.


Director of Merchandising 

Served as the key collaborative point for the marketing and commerce for the company, with a focus on basic forecast modeling.  

Led the charge on attaining sales and business goals through yearly global inventory investment strategy and collaboration with E-commerce and DTC teams, Finance and Sales Departments. Spearheaded a dynamic team that planned and established product demand plans, which ultimately produced accurate forecasts.

Selected Contributions:
- Significantly reduced DII by 60 days due to accurate forecasting and sourcing and partnership with sales and customer service teams to increase turn rates.
- Took the lead on effective planning, thereby attaining major GPM targets.

Director of Demand Planning 

Directed the collaboration of cross-functional teams in an effort to deploy all areas of e-commerce, inclusive of content planning and development, promotional campaigns, online marketing, inventory plans, etc.

Worked with Sourcing, Merchandising, Product, Customer Service, and Planning teams to ensure that critical deadlines were met. Conceptualized measurement of business initiatives and strategically made modifications where necessary in an effort to maximize profitability and productivity goals.
