- Managed operations of packet pickup and race day registration for Carrera de los Muertos and Turkey Trot LA
- Supported content creation for Generic Events Instagram page
- Supported race day operations for multiple Xterra Trail races, including build, breakdown, and registration support
- Provided customer service support, including troubleshooting registration issues
