Merchandise Warehouse Supervisor

Efficient, hard working and experienced Warehouse Supervisor  focused on merchandise operations. San Diego State Grad with extensive golf industry experience. Adaptable, team player and goal focused mindset. 

Currently responsible for oversight of warehouse staff including but not limited to interviewing, hiring,
training, scheduling, performance management and terminations. Constant communication with retail
operations teams and buyers in a very fast paced; ever changing environment.
Constantly monitoring and implementing processes to ensure efficient output in receiving, delivery, and fulfillment processes. Responsible for administering the maintenance program of the warehouse

Worked in tandem with international distributors of Titleist Golf Clubs to ensure that shipments arrived on time and intact. Customer service responsibilities including but not limited to order management,
coordinating shipments of POS
Displays, promotional materials and maintained associated budgets.

International Account Representative

Worked directly with Sales, Finance and Operations in relation to all issues dealing with order delivery and availability. Coordinated and administered shipments to all international accounts, assisted win
international credit issues.

Order Management Representative

Instrumental in assisting a team of Outside Sales Representatives with account management issues
ensuring that products were shipped in a timely and efficient manner. Worked directly with consumers
selling the benefits of purchasing
Titleist and Cobra Golf Clubs by utilizing extensive golf product knowledge and personal golf experience as well. Managed special projects including working with international accounts, marketing, and sales.

Customer Service Representative

Taught golf: managed the junior golf program, set up tee times, managed the golf shop opening and closing. Sold merchandise, managed outside service staff.
