Global Purchasing Manager 

I am an experienced supply chain manager with backgrounds in supervising operations and supply chains in Asia, Europe and the US. My greatest strength is my ability to identify and develop key strategic suppliers. From global sources to local distributors I am keen to develop, nurture and foster collaboration producing best business practices and strong partnerships. Relationships are my main focus. I am “people centric,” meaning I enjoy seeing successes from a personal level to a team initiative.

Identify and qualify potential inventory and non-inventory asset suppliers who provide the necessary technology and materials, which support strategy and business plan. Assure rapid response through short lead times to support fluctuating market demands. Drive high quality, low cost component parts, through advanced manufacturing processes or third party facilities critical to functional systems, reliability, and warranty cost reduction.
Facilitate successful on boarding of new opportunities with existing suppliers and new suppliers when required. Work with engineering, quality, and suppliers to successfully address identified performance issues. Develop and lead an outstanding Procurement team to support Quarterly build, delivery and performance.
Work with Executive management to develop quarterly sales and operations (S&OP) plans, provide weekly feedback on plan achievement. Coordinate translation of S&OP plan into master production schedule; oversee execution of MRP system.
