 Management of all dealer/customer communication and the workload of the customer service
team. Tracking/Reporting open orders and backorders. Logging/maintaining the CRM database.
Management of key accounts, international distributors and sales. Creation and implementation of
sales programs, SOPs, and communication with territory managers. Processing warranty/returns.
Working cross departmentally to help unify communication between upper management, territory
rep agencies, marketing, and logistics. Some travel for trade shows, events, and sales support.

Interact with retailers and consumers at all levels to provide best in class knowledge, sales, support, and follow up. Provide support in Sales programs, initiatives, forecasting and budgeting.
Provide cross functional support to all departments - Operations, Sales, Customer Service, & Marketing.  Creation of product videos, brand narrative, and management of employee training.
Account Management of 70+ retailers in varying territories. Creation of presentations and  product education, sell in and training for accounts. Management of bulk orders and SMU requests for NA.


Sales Representative

Maintaining the sales floor, training all new employees and maintaining a sales team of superb quality, customer service, warranty and repair issues, consultant for buying options and products, serve as a reason between customers and representatives to the managerial team, constant communication with the owner and director of operations. 

Floor Manager

Managed all store functions including, hiring, shipping, receiving, employee training, building maintenance, e-commerce, sales growth, buying, inventory management, special orders, and was the all around contact for anything needed for SteepWorld. 

General Manager/ Buyer

Training all new employees, customer service priorities, communication to all other managers, running rental gear for outdoor camping and skiing, warranty and repair questions, overall management of hard goods in the shop.
