Assistant Manager

With 2+ years of experience in sports retail at age 22 I have learned what it takes to stand out as a store and as a business. My work background as well as my degrees in both public health and psychology drive my passion for providing people with healthy lifestyle choices. I currently work as one of three employees at a local start up company that focuses on the younger running demographic. As a team our company focuses heavily on experiences, not necessarily on product. We believe in honesty and loyalty first. I work to create an enjoyable running and shopping experience for everyone through social media marketing, programming and community involvement. I'm looking to leverage my skills and apply them to a position that would allow me to work in product education, outreach or marketing.

•	Manage and coordinate company’s inventory and events.
•	Manage company’s social media. Helps spread knowledge of company culture and develop its presence online. 
•	Coordinate and implement programming with surrounding businesses and organizations. 
•	Market company events to surrounding community. 
•	Promote healthy lifestyle to community members.
•	Help to develop training programs to help individuals reach their running goals.
•	Work the floor of the company shop, sell product to customers.
•	Develop relationships with brands.
•	Help a local, small business get off its feet and flourish.

•	Ability to juggle frequent customer interaction with busy back-stock organization.
•	Match customers to specific sneakers for their specific needs. 
•	Maintain a friendly and accepting atmosphere towards all kinds of athletes.
•	Develop exceptional skills and experience in customer service, sales and retail.
Growth Team Leader
•	Promoted to work as a member of the Growth Team at Fleet Feet Sports Rochester. 
•	Train new fit specialists. Innovate new sales techniques and staff incentives to promote sales growth across the store.

Fit Specailist

•	Man information desk at the student union building on campus.
•	Always provide the correct information to those who ask. Go above and beyond to help each and every patron.
•	Help student groups think logistically to hold successful programs on campus.
•	Secure room rentals throughout the building.
•	Schedule and manage appointments for professional staff including the Assistant Dean of Students. Send and receive emails on behalf of the office.
•	Maintain the University’s lost and found and overall order in the office.


Secretary 

•	Greet and seat customers, answer the telephone, take and manage reservations, bus and set tables
•	Maintain comforting, welcoming atmosphere that Laci’s Tapas Bar is both known and praised for at all times
•	Develop phenomenal inter-personal skills and help the restaurant run smoothly night after night
