 I have worked at my current employer for over 9 years where I have gained the knowledge, skills, and experience in Merchandise Presentation, Inventory Management, Operations/ Human Resources, and Store Management. I recently graduated California State University, Fullerton with a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology. During my studies, I took interest in Industrial Psychology and would like to pursue a career in a corporate environment where I can apply my skills and become part of the bigger team delivering on results.  

Maximized sales goals and drove brand loyalty through training, development, and coaching of staff.
Assisted with interviewing, hiring, and on-boarding of new associates.
Completed weekly schedules for 100+ associates. 
Planned daily schedule and work flow for General Manager and 10+ managers and supervisors for maximum efficiency.
