I am a Result-oriented Distribution Operations Management professional. I look to streamline operations, decrease costs and promote organizational efficiency. Identify and then implement cost reduction strategies such as the P.I.T. Crew (Process Improvement Team) where I conducted monthly meeting with the Warehouse Managers to share and implement best practice’s thoughtout the facilities. I have organized and grown start-up divisions as well as been assigned to and successfully turned underperforming “locations” into profitable and proficient locations. On many occasions I have been recognized by my peers and superiors as a customer relations specialist who develops business opportunities while maintaining an efficient and profitable operation with motivated and mentored team members.
