Oversee the creative department comprised of in-house and freelance designers.

Spearhead creative presentations for new business pitches and partner with cross-functional teams on all brand campaigns and product launches.

Oversaw a team of designers and merchandisers to bring non-licensed and licensed apparel to stores for the Men’s, Boy’s, and Toddler Boy’s departments.

Partnered with in-house and external sales teams, buyers, and licensors on project scope, budgets, and timelines.

Conceptualized licensed and private label programs for major retailers, incl. Urban Outfitters, Nordstrom, Forever21, Target, Old Navy, and Hot Topic.
