Dear Recruiting Representative,

I am interested in the Graphic Designer position advertised on Indeed’s website. With my knowledge, experience, and passion for Design, I believe I would make an exceptional candidate for your position.

I am a hardworking individual, proficient in multiple software; such as Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator. I am not afraid to speak up and am also very open-minded to other’s opinions. I am gregarious, not afraid of a challenge, and love to work with people.

In addition, my experience in working closely with a fashion and entertainment magazine has allowed me to observe and learn the influences and the fundamentals of the fashion industry. This has also allowed me to flourish in the creation of advertisements, spreads, and posters, to promote the fashion side of the company.

Working with ReLocate Magazine, I have learned to collaborate with other individuals, using everyone’s strength, to create successful and beautiful works of art. After a week of working with the magazine, I was awarded a promotion as Senior Graphic Designer. In this position, I led discussions on the art direction of the magazine, as well as, communicated with customers to create a successful design direction and completion. Additionally, I have directed both of the ReLocate Magazines, ReLocate Charlotte and ReLocate Rochester. This experience has given me insight in working towards a successful art direction and collaborating with a creative team.
