Production & Sourcing Manager- Printables

	Experienced professional with a successful career in Apparel Production for over 10 years

-	Manage the printable production process for all leagues (NFL, NBA, MLB, MLS, NHL, and E-Sports) including Inline, SMUs, Quick Strikes, Collaborations and Special Event Capsules
-	Optimize a smooth progression of the product timeline to ensure timely deliverables
-	Create, plan, and establish a printable calendar based on delivery dates, lead times and printer capacities
-	Create seasonal printable buys based on demand and current ATS
-	Clear communication daily with both Domestic and International vendors to ensure deadlines are met based on a rigid time and action calendar
-	Manage the flow of both the development and production process of custom order fleece & t-shirt blanks, while working with our overseas vendors for fabric, trend, costing, and product specifications to meet best overall price
-	Manage domestic logistics daily from the printers
-	Initiate order placement and maintaining inventories for all bulk trims
-	Counter-source blanks, trims, and printers to decrease overall landed cost and increase GP
-	Develop and source new vendors to continually evolve with the current market
-	Forecast, analyze, and purchase over 100k SKUs in all printable categories
-	Utilize Adobe Illustrator to update tech packs, as needed
-	Attend fittings to ensure spec and overall fit is met by factories
-	Reviews QC checks at 3PL to confirm the appropriate course of action and/or determine if a chargeback is needed


-	Manage O’Neill, Metal Mulisha (MM) and FMF Printable WIP on a weekly basis ensuring on time delivery from printers
-	Maintain Full Circle ETA & ETD dates per USA & Canada delivery needs
-	Create and issue all NAFTA documents for Canada styles 
-	Manage the O’Neill, MM and FMF SMUs- development through production- to include: sourcing multiple printers, costing, setting up styles in PLM, ordering blanks, issuing print POs, specs and art work to the printers, ordering and distributing customer tickets, submitting strike-offs to design and issuing comments to the printer and block overselling styles once an SMU PO has been issued
-	Communicate daily in a timely and professional manner to all vendors domestic and international
-	Negotiate blank, print and finishing costs with vendor to hit GP 
-	Issue all O’Neill, MM and FMF printable production purchase orders for USA and Canada, while making sure all costing, BOMs and vendor notes are correct
-	QC finished good styles to confirm t-shirt specs are being met by blank vendors and printers are producing the product as approved at SMS handover
-	Actualize pull sheets as the blanks are pulled at the printers to confirm blank inventory is accurate
-	Work closely with A/P on rectifying invoice discrepancies
-	Accurately close PO balances by working out shortages and variances- reprints and chargebacks
-	Efficiently trigger seasonal DAs per the Sales start date based on the Production timeline established
-	Set up all BOMs in Full Circle for O’Neill, MM & FMF to include- all blanks and trims
-	Forecast trim needs with BrandID on a seasonal basis
-	Make selections for SGS Testing styles seasonally
-	Purchase blanks –shelf and custom- based on seasonal requirements
-	Purchase trims: hang tags, labels, stickers, etc. based on seasonal needs
-	Conduct end of the year inventory at all printers to confirm on-hand blanks match OH inventory in Full Circle
