Customer Account Manager 

I am a self-motivating hard worker with high energy with excellent communication skills.  Thought-out my life I have valued how important organization is and lived in such a way. For me personally I value the importance of the outdoors and how it creates memories that will live for a lifetime and believe that the industry should reflect such. 

As a Customer Account Manager maintaining a healthy book of business of more than 2,000 customers for one of the largest online outdoor retailers.  I worked one on one with each customer suggesting products, providing customer service, sales calls, and increasing incremental sales while maintaining a profitable gross margin.

Maintaining Customer relations and resolving product and service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cuase of the problem and finding the best solution.

Worked as a Curator and facilitated educational lesson plans for the summer program for ages 5-11.
