After spending many years in the hospitality industry I have decided to break away in search of something that feels more meaningful and is relative to my personal interests. While I love the Food and Beverage industry the late nights make the work life balance difficult and exhausting. The summer of 2016 I was able to get away and travel to several countries (putting my best foot forward). The journey was of course difficult at times but it brought new desires to my life i.e. hiking, skiing, surfing. All things I had never truly experienced prior. I have decided to seek a challenging position in the outdoor sector using my current management abilities and enthusiasm for business and customer service. I want to use the skills I have and translate them over to a position I not only find fulfilling but a position with a quality of purpose.


Maintain past and current records and files, electronic and physical, relating to the operation and management of the Association in a neat and orderly manner.
? Communicate regularly with members including regular e-mail blasts, weekly updates to the Association's website and such other forms of the communication as may be reasonably requested by the Board.
? Prepare proposed annual budget and supplemental schedules.
? Coordinate and supervise the preparation of all documents relating to billing, collection,
budget, tax and financial statement preparation.
? Liaising with end-users and 3?rd? party suppliersProvide optimal level of customer services to all guests and administer all payrolls and
ensure compliance to budget.
? Manage all bar activities and analyze all financial performance and organize work for all
internal resources and recommend solution to increase productivity of club.

General Manager

? Design all financial plans and budgets and maintain inventory of all bar equipment and
supplies and implement all company programs according to club policy.
? Providing the ultimate customer service experience in order to keep guests coming back? Develop all profit and loss statements for club and prepare required operating plan for
same and implement all improvement strategies for bar and supervise achievement of all
club objectives.
? Administer all profit and losses for bar and prepare monthly reports for same and
maintain good professional relationships with all members to recommend solutions to all
issues and hire and evaluate staff performance.
? Train all staff members, conduct various planning sessions and prepare reports for all
staff performance in club and organize weekly meetings to design effective strategies to
achieve all club objectives.


? Administer all profit and losses for bar and prepare monthly reports for same and
maintain good professional relationships with all members to recommend solutions to all
issues and hire and evaluate staff performance.
? Train all staff members, conduct various planning sessions and prepare reports for all
staff performance in club and organize weekly meetings to design effective strategies to
achieve all club objectives.
? Develop and maintain an effective team culture at all times and prepare schedule for shift
coverage and evaluate everyday activities of club and ensure cleanliness at all times.
? Prepare and approve all cash management reports according to required standards.
? Provide optimal level of customer services to all guests and administer all payrolls and
ensure compliance to budget.
? Manage all bar activities and analyze all financial performance and organize work for all
internal resources and recommend solution to increase productivity of club.
