I am passionate about the physical, mental and spiritual body. It started very early in my life growing up as a ballet dancer. I professionally trained in classical ballet for nearly 24 years. In college I picked up a minor in psychology because I yearned to know more facets of the human body. After three ACL reconstructive surgeries due to overtraining as a dancer I became aware of the spiritual aspect of the body as it suffered tremendously throughout the three surgeries and recovery time. I turned to yoga as recovery and since then have relied on it to work on my physical, mental and spiritual health. I have discovered the benefits of being outdoors, yoga, swimming, kayaking and I can look forward to healthy and a fulfilling life.
