As a Business Operations and Supply Chain major, with experience in restaurant operations, I believe my knowledge of traditional and new business operations techniques, effective strategies, abilities to meet goals and deadlines will be an asset to my future career. 

For the past two years, I have been a student at California state University, Fullerton where I have exceled in classes such as: Purchasing and Supply Management, Quality Management, Integrated Supply Management, as well as Operations Planning and Control. I believe these courses have given me an opportunity to learn how to effectively and efficiently manage the activities within operations/supply chain and understand the role it plays in an organizations strategic development. Apart from school, I have been employed as a Server-Trainer for the past seven years. As a trainer I manage, continuously train, and mentor workers while utilizing superior multi-tasking and organizational skills. Through effective communication and motivation, have successfully coordinated multiple projects/assignments efficiently and simultaneously, all while driving my team to consistently meet sales goals and ensure high quality customer satisfaction.


• Manage and continuously train and supervise workers in proper operational procedures and explain company policies to result a high quality guest experience.
• Utilized superior multi-tasking and organizational skills to coordinate responsibilities during peak hours of operations resulting in high table turnover and a decrease in table wait times. 
• Observe and evaluate workers' appearance and performance to ensure quality service and compliance with specifications. 
• Coordinate with managers to stay informed of changes affecting operations. 
• Actively participate in continuing education to stay up-to-date of industry trends and developments to to ensure current service techniques are being implemented.
