As a Business Operations and Supply Chain major, with experience in restaurant operations, I believe my knowledge of traditional and new business operations techniques, effective strategies, abilities to meet goals and deadlines will be an asset to my future career.
For the past two years, I have been a student at California state University, Fullerton where I have exceled in classes such as: Purchasing and Supply Management, Quality Management, Integrated Supply Management, as well as Operations Planning and Control. I believe these courses have given me an opportunity to learn how to effectively and efficiently manage the activities within operations/supply chain and understand the role it plays in an organizations strategic development. Apart from school, I have been employed as a Server-Trainer for the past seven years. As a trainer I manage, continuously train, and mentor workers while utilizing superior multi-tasking and organizational skills. Through effective communication and motivation, have successfully coordinated multiple projects/assignments efficiently and simultaneously, all while driving my team to consistently meet sales goals and ensure high quality customer satisfaction.
