Marketing crew

I was working with the marketing crew and taking part in all of their sporting events across Los Angeles (triathlons, marathons etc). Our task was to teach the consumer about the nutritional specifications of our energy bars and to create a fun and uplifting experience during those events. It was a great opportunity to meet a lot of sports fans and engage with them.

GIRS has ambitions to enter the US market and hired me to head up this project. After analyzing the market, I developed a marketing strategy as well as a new brand image and a competitive price point for their different bicycles. With a limited marketing budget, I found an influential US ambassador for the brand, ensured that the brand was present at the most prestigious triathlons around the country and attended the biggest US bike tradeshow, Interbike, in September in Las Vegas where I secured meetings with the top national bike fitters. As a result, the bicycles are now available in several stores across the US and I am currently in the process of negotiating a team sponsorship contract for a very promising triathlon team in San Diego. I am the only direct link between the french office and our US partners. 

Marketing consultant

As a project manager in Sony’s creative department, I was responsible for determining and implementing the exact needs of each client and assisting the creative team to fulfil the criteria outlined in each brief.  I worked with two creative directors and was primarily responsible for managing the junior creative team. The most important part of my role was to ensure the creative output was of the highest quality whilst adhering to budgets and deadlines.
