Being a Customer Success Professional is more than what most think it is. I'm obsessed with staying organized, making everyone's life easier, taking the burden off their shoulders. Sure, empathizing and listening are core skills that one needs to be in this field, yet acting on those and working to the best of one's ability to make the customer heard and come to some resolution on behalf of the customer. I'm a professional working to better the communication between the customer and the company. Being the in-between, the two can make for a challenging position at times. However, reaping the rewards from interpreting the dilemmas from one to the other is often well-received and an accomplishment.
As gardening is a hobby, tending and nurturing the plants within that garden correlate directly to growing and maintaining a business. Learning the needs of the company and tending to weeds to help the growth and functionality are essential. While this is often hard work, I am an able individual prepared to roll up their sleeves and get dirty.
Colleagues have recently described me as a driven, resourceful individual who maintains a positive attitude and a team player. Currently, I'm seeking opportunities that will allow me to develop further and promote my current skillset and allow for the growth of new skills and positions while supporting the company to stay focused and successful.
