Assist the General Manager in the end to end operation of the adventure park. Complete responsibility for staff training and facility safety. I encourage a positive and fun work environment while driving revenue in excess of $300,000 per month, including $55,000 per month in membership revenue. 

Developed and incorporated a staff onboarding and on site training process to build expertise, confidence and awareness. The result was a significant decrease in staff turnover and higher net promoter scores. Highest NPS nationwide three times.
Redesigned the cafe BOH layout reducing prep times by 20%. Sales increased by 8%. Annual payroll was reduced by eliminating a team member position, saving $25,000 per year. 
Incorporated a Brand Ambassador position to be a customer service guru handling birthday parties, memberships and donations. The position was adopted by the franchising company nationwide.


Assistant General Manager

In this role I established the new Denver depot of a rapidly growing nationwide campervan rental company. I had end to end responsibility for all operations. The primary goal was to ensure profitability and maximized revenue. Other tasks included scheduling vehicle maintenance, detailing vans and perform various fixes to the custom, interior components. 


Depot Manager

As the Operations Manager of the Recreation Department I was pivotal in establishing relationships and good will between property management and residents. I Managed the recreation department in Stuyvesant Town, a 30,000 capacity residential neighborhood in NYC. Designed and implemented value enhancement solutions to all recreation operations. Facilities included basketball courts, turf playgrounds and children’s themed playgrounds. CPSI certified. Worked extensively with other departments, Public Safety, Marketing, Resident Services, Engineering, Landscaping. 

Achievements include: Working closely with Public Safety, reduced crime inside the playgrounds by 90% in 12 months.
Reduced playground related injuries by 50%.
Identified numerous hazards and replaced components. 
Updated amenities in line with NPRA and ADA guidelines.

Operations Manager

In this role I proficiently interacted with clients, on-board and shore-side managers to optimize programming. I worked with Sports Managers and directed Sports Staff, produced voyage schedules, submitted voyage reports, facilitated meetings and on-the-job training, assisted with financial aspects of the sports and fitness program, and ensured operating expenses were appropriately utilized or minimized.

I successfully enhanced guest satisfaction ratings, monitored and changed aspects of the program, developed appropriate scheduling of activities, matched activities to guest demographics, selected suitable staff, and ensured proper promotion of all events along with accommodation of specific guest requests. I led and motivated large cross-functional and multi-cultural teams to maximize productivity, and effectively communicated with guests and colleagues from over 80 nationalities in all parts of the world.
