VP of Operations & Marketing

I am a multipotentialite, meaning I am very well versed in many different job aspects. From graphic designing to product design I love getting into a project whether on a computer or building it out of nothing with my bare hands. I am a fast learner and live for gaining new knowledge! I am very mechanical and not one to shy away from a challenge, infact challenges motivate me! I have done everything in my life from play drums in a band for 10+ years and hearing our song on the radio to designing my own clothing line on the side just to scratch that creative itch. I am a product of the southern california actions sports culture having been raised in Newport Beach surfing for my p.e. class and skating parks and handrails after school with friends. I live for this culture and I am ready for my next adventure and the challenges that may come along with it! 

•	Oversee all daily operations for Fight Club OC… website maintenance, graphic designing, ticketing needs for fighters and for fans, office logistics,   insurance coverage, staffing for shows etc. 
•	Manage Fight Club OC ‘s Season Seat holder accounts (150+ accounts/500 seats)
•	Create and manage all sponsorships and trade deals for Fight Club OC
•	Email marketing – create emails using constant contact for our database of 30,000+ fight fans
•	Sales – Handle all incoming sales calls and sell what is applicable… VIP Suites, Sponsorships, Tickets etc
•	Insurance liaison for Fight Club OC for the venues we operate at and for the fighters who fight on our shows
•	Creative director for Fight Club OC – I oversee all creative for Fight Club OC, web, print, digital etc.


•	Top 3 in sales on a monthly basis out of a sales staff of 25
•	Handled 75-125 calls per day
•	Took care of lost orders for customers by filing USPS and UPS tracers to locate missing packages
•	Named the Oakley inside sales “Product Expert” for my drive and knowledge of the Oakley products


Inside Sales Representative

•	Traveled up and down the California coast setting sales meetings with surf shop buyers
•	Picked which products to sell each shop depending on shops style and layout needs
•	SAP order entry experience
•	Trade show setup and tear down 
•	Graphic Designing on the side


Outside Sales Representative

•	Managed a crew of 15 employees per day, tasking out employees every hour
•	Shipping and receiving logistics
•	Created new displays weekly
•	Key Holder Position
•	Created daily, weekly, monthly and YTD sales reports for corporate
•	Up-sold merchandise when applicable
•	Held concerts on the weekends inside store to grab attention and sales from the VANS skate park next door
