-	Managed all communication, planning, forecasting and day to day operations coordination for 9 apparel brands, including our 2 largest accounts.

-	Developed and implemented rules and processes for the customer service team and all departments within the warehouse.

Warehouse Manager (2009-2012)
-	Oversaw warehousing and logistics operations for more than 20 apparel brands.
-	Managed 12-30 employees as well as day to day warehouse operations.
-	Managed inventory controls and annual physical inventory counts for multiple accounts.
-	Developed processes from startup operation with 1 account and 3 warehouse employees to 20 accounts and up to 30 warehouse employees.


Warehouse Manager, Account Manager

-	Facilitated inbound sales orders from contractors by phone and in person. 
-	Researched material specifications for commercial masonry and concrete developments, prepared submittal documentation for architects/engineers and located and provided job-specific materials from over 70 vendors and manufacturers.
-	Performed light IT maintenance duties around the office and worked directly with our outsourced IT contractor on larger technical issues.


Inside Sales/IT Liaison

-	Performed duties of Salesman, Sales Manager, Finance Manager and Finance Director for all sub-prime credit customers. 
-	Earned multiple bonuses for sales targets reached and surpassed.
-	Received honorable mention for achieving the highest score ever reached in the west coast region during Finance Certification course.


Special Finance Manager

-	Designed back end business processes from the ground floor up.
-	Staffed, trained and directed processing department in Las Vegas facility.
-	Worked directly with our development team to automate processes and eliminate full-time manual tasks like chargeback disputing, credit dispute processing and credit report acquisition.
-	Handled all compliance relationships with state AG’s and managed all product updates and improvements.
