Photography Manager and Account Coordinator 

Highly motivated, dependable self-starter currently working as a Photography Manager and Account Coordinator at Outfront Media. Formerly a military professional with managerial experience in both military and civilian capacities, effectively managing a team of 50 personnel. An avid action sports enthusiast ready to utilize a unique and diverse skill set to make a career change into a lifestyle brand to lead a more passionate career. Skydiving, surfing, snowboarding, camping and traveling are among favorite pastimes! 

Coordinate and process advertising contracts, internal work orders, production cost agreements, client posting instructions, completion reports, credits, contract changes and all other paperwork associated with completing the sales process. 

Initiate and maintain good working relationships with all Account Executives and also with internal personnel and external clients, including advertising agencies and out-of-home buying services.

Manage a team of freelance photographers to obtain environmental photos of our inventory to showcase to clients. Coordinate photoshoots for marketing purposes of all inventory, focusing heavily on new inventory to create photosheets/sell sheets to assist in the sales process. In charge of hiring and training all photographers. Maintain and distribute photography inventory and responsible for processing all invoices from each photographer.

Obtained a top secret clearance in order to examine foreign communications/activity and relay the information by producing combat, strategic, and tactical intelligence reports. 

Job duties included:

-Organizing intercepted messages and isolate valid intelligence.

-Identify the target and operational patterns. 

-Maintain analytical working aids and databases.

-Effectively managed a team of 50 personnel.

-Assist in the emplacement, camouflage and recovery of surveillance systems.

-Created and presented weekly and monthly progress reports.

-Prepare technical and tactical intelligence reports.

-Commanded field communication operations.

-Operated and maintained equipment worth $100,000.

-Utilized creative thinking to problem solve issues with equipment and personnel.
