With my 8-years of experience in the Action Sports, E-commerce, and Account / Customer Service industries, I feel I am well-suited for this position. As a Account / Customer Service Supervisor, I have gained valuable knowledge regarding account / consumer service & trends, sales, product knowledge, and multi-tasking projects. As I earned my BA in Business, my Finance classes taught me a clear understanding of strategic analysis, changing trends, research skills, and project management. In my current position, I am up against fast-paced, non-stop online shopping industry, supporting the AFA Senior Buyer/Planner, formatting, managing, and analyzing extensive data files/reports. At the same time I am always formulating and presenting summary charts of sales trends, propose changes & solutions, and strategic planning of future business needs.
I am independent, strategic and highly motivated in my daily tasks, resulting in proficiencies in problem solving, data analysis, sales, and KPI reporting.
