My bilingual capabilities along with my fast-paced learning capabilities and organizational skills will help me strive in an established and growing organization. Main goal is to provide superior customer service to develop on-going relationships with customers and Sales Reps.

•	Handle top Specialty key accounts for Sales Rep per their request and instructions: Nexcom & Marine Corps
•	Backup for Order Entry entering daily A/O orders, Pre-book Orders, Contracts, Gifting Orders, Corporate Orders, Warehouse Sale Orders
•	Process Returns and Credits for Accounts
•	Work closely with Demand Planning to ensure product is received in a timely manner and obtain extensions from customers on late product 
•	Work closely with A/R & to ensure accounts are up to date or payments are made for orders to process in a timely manner
•	Partner with 3PL to ensure all orders are being processed, routed, and shipped on time
•	Mange / Maintain a clean order book by communicating any issues to sales reps
•	Assist with updating/maintaining Customer Master, Routing Guide, and etc.


Customer Service Representative

•	Enter daily A/O orders, Pre-book Orders, Contracts, Gifting Orders, Corporate Orders, Warehouse Sale Orders
•	Process Returns and credits for both US & CA Specialty
•	Work with internal staff & departments to resolve order/document entry issues quickly and accurately
•	Assisted with editing Sample Orders Template
•	Assisted Inventory Dept. with running comparison reports on a daily basis for all Plants (PT, NRI, DSV, & CN)
•	Remain familiar with all ongoing /upcoming promotions and launch dates
•	Work with 3PL to ensure all orders are being processed and routed accurately
